Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC), 8-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Chargers confront the East Rutherford Cavaliers (Forest City, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 25. Crest will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Cavaliers enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 1-0 league win over Patton (Morganton, NC).

The Huskies now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forestview for a Big South 3A challenge on Tuesday, March 26.
