In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Apex Friendship Patriots baseball team scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Green Hope Falcons.

The Patriots (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Huskies go into the non-league game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Heritage tipped Millbrook (Raleigh, NC), 3-2, in a non-league game.
