New Mexico High School Baseball - Cobre loses to Silver
March 21, 2024: Bayard, NM 88023 The Silver Fighting Colts crushed the host Cobre Indians baseball team by a count of 17-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Fighting Colts now possess a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Ruidoso for a non-league bout on Friday, March 22. Silver will face a Warriors team coming off a 16-3 non-league win over Capitan (Capitan, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 2-0.
Next, the Indians face the Magdalena Steers (Magdalena, NM) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 22. Cobre will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record.
