March 21, 2024: McLean, VA 22101 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) and the visiting West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA), saw Langley's soccer squad knock off West Potomac by a margin of 2-0.
The Saxons now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Centreville for a non-league test on Monday, April 1. Langley will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 1-1 non-league South County (Lorton, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, West Potomac drops to 3-2 on the season. The Wolverines host Lake Braddock (Burke, VA) to encounter the Bruins in a Patriot test on Tuesday, April 2.
