Delaware High School Softball - Polytech bounces Sussex Tech
March 21, 2024: Woodside, DE 19980 Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Sussex Tech Ravens (Georgetown, DE), 10-0 in a league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host St. Georges Tech for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 23. Polytech will face a Hawks squad coming off a 9-7 non-league loss to Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE). The Hawks record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Sussex Tech falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Ravens travel to Dover (Dover, DE) to face the Senators in a Henlopen North challenge on Tuesday, March 26. The Senators enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Dover lost 13-0 in their recent league challenge against Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE)
