San Ysidro Cougars (San Diego, CA) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting St. Joseph Academy Crusaders (San Marcos, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, San Ysidro advances its record to 12-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Mar Vista (Imperial Beach, CA) to face the Mariners in a non-league test on Friday, March 21. The Mariners go into the test with a record of 3-10. Mar Vista lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Kearny (San Diego, CA)

The Crusaders now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Escondido Adventist Academy for a Ocean test on Tuesday, April 1. St. Joseph Academy will face a Hawks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Oceanside (Oceanside, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 1-4.
