Georgia High School Lacrosse - Midtown drops to Marist
March 21, 2025: Atlanta, GA 30309 Marist War Eagles (Atlanta, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Midtown Knights (Atlanta, GA), 13-4 in a league battle.
With the victory, Marist advances its record to 8-2 on the season. The War Eagles host Lovett (Atlanta, GA) to encounter the Lions in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 25. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 7-2. Lovett won 7-5 in their recent non-league battle against Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA)
The Knights now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Pius X Catholic for a 1A Area 4 battle on Tuesday, March 25. Midtown will encounter a Golden Lions team coming off a 18-1 league win over Jackson (Atlanta, GA). The Golden Lions record now stands at 9-3.
