Washington High School Soccer - Lynnwood knocks off Stanwood
March 21, 2025: Stanwood, WA 98292 Fans at Friday's league battle between the Lynnwood Royals (Bothell, WA) and the host Stanwood Spartans (Stanwood, WA), saw Lynnwood's soccer squad triumph over Stanwood by a count of 6-1.
The Royals (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Edmonds-Woodway (Edmonds, WA). The Warriors enter the 2A/3A Wesco battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Edmonds-Woodway tipped Mountlake Terrace (Mountlake Terrace, WA), 5-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Spartans battle the Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars (Bothell, WA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 25. Stanwood will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Lake Washington (Kirkland, WA).
