Pennsylvania High School Softball - Carlisle bounces Waynesboro
March 21, 2025: Waynesboro, PA 17268 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Carlisle Thundering Herd softball team scored a tight 8-4 win over the Waynesboro Indians.
The Thundering Herd (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Bishop McDevitt (Harrisburg, PA). The Crusaders come into the Mid-Penn - Keystone match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Bishop McDevitt was routed by Hempfield (Landisville, PA), 13-5, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Indians confront the Boiling Springs Bubblers (Boiling Springs, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Colonial match, on Monday, March 24. Waynesboro will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Bubblers come into the match with a 3-2 record after their 20-3 non-league win over Muhlenberg (Laureldale, PA).
