March 21, 2025: Tularosa, NM 88352 Tularosa Wildcats (Tularosa, NM) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Chaparral Lobos (Chaparral, NM), 20-7 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Tularosa improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM) to face the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, March 22. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 7-0. Ruidoso won 12-1 in their recent non-league game against Capitan (Capitan, NM)
The Lobos now hold a 3-11 record. They play next when they travel to Hot Springs for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 25. Chaparral will face a Tigers squad coming off a 15-0 non-league loss to Lordsburg (Lordsburg, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 0-4.
