March 21, 2025: Ellsinore, MO 63937 Clearwater Fightin' Tigers (Piedmont, MO) backers left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host East Carter Redbirds (Ellsinore, MO), 15-13 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Clearwater upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Fightin' Tigers travel to Malden (Malden, MO) to play the Green Wave in a non-league game on Saturday, March 22. The Green Wave enter the game with a record of 0-0.
The Redbirds now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Portageville for a non-league game on Saturday, March 22. East Carter will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over North Pemiscot (Wardell, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
