The Higley Knights softball squad (Gilbert, AZ), was routed 8-1 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Eastmark Firebirds (Mesa, AZ)

With the triumph, Eastmark improves its record to 7-5 on the year. The Firebirds host Clackamas (Clackamas, OR) to face the Cavaliers in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 22. The Cavaliers enter the contest with a record of 0-2. Clackamas lost 16-1 in their recent non-league contest against Higley (Gilbert, AZ)
