March 21, 2025: Bedford, VA 24523 The Liberty Minutemen overwhelmed the visiting Patrick Henry Patriots softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Minutemen meet the Brookville Bees (Lynchburg, VA) in a Seminole challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Liberty will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record.
The Patriots (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Eagles go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Franklin County was routed by Halifax County (South Boston, VA), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
