Next, the Cougars face the Fuquay - Varina Bengals (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, March 23. Apex will attempt to better on its 7-0 season record. The Bengals enter the contest with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Cleveland (Clayton, NC).
