March 22, 2023: Culpeper, VA 22701 The Gainesville Cardinals (Gainesville, VA) lacrosse triumphed over the host Culpeper County Blue Devils (Culpeper, VA), 12-4 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Gainesville upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Liberty (Bealeton, VA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league outing on Friday, March 24. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Liberty won 26-6 in their recent non-league outing against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA)
With the defeat, Culpeper County drops to 0-2 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Eastern View (Culpeper, VA) to meet the Cyclones in a Battlefield challenge on Monday, March 27. The Cyclones enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Eastern View lost 21-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA)
