March 22, 2024: Suwanee, GA 30024 The crowd at Friday's league test between the Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA) and the visiting Milton Eagles (Milton, GA), saw Lambert's soccer squad knock off Milton by a margin of 4-1.
The Longhorns now sport a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. Pius X Catholic for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 26. Lambert will meet a Golden Lions squad coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Westminster (Atlanta, GA). The Golden Lions record now stands at 9-5.
With the loss, Milton drops to 10-2 on the season. The Eagles host South Forsyth (Cumming, GA) to meet the War Eagles in a 7A Area 6 test on Thursday, March 28. The War Eagles come into the test with a record of 11-1. South Forsyth won 3-2 in their recent league test against Denmark (Alpharetta, GA)
