March 22, 2024: Waverly, TN 37185 Waverly Central Tigers (Waverly, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting West Creek Coyote (Clarksville, TN), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Rossview for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 22. Waverly Central will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Stewart County (Dover, TN). The Hawks record now stands at 4-0.
With the loss, West Creek falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Coyote travel to Clarksville Christian (Clarksville, TN) to battle the Centurions in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 22. The Centurions enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Clarksville Christian lost 13-12 in their recent non-league challenge against Northeast (Clarksville, TN)
