In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Emerald Vikings baseball team scored a close 7-4 win over the Andrews Yellowjackets.

The Vikings (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Georgetown (Georgetown, SC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Georgetown by Stratford (Goose Creek, SC), 9-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Yellowjackets play the Philip Simmons Iron Horses (Charleston, SC) in a 2A Region 6 game, on Tuesday, April 1. Andrews will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
