Maryland High School Baseball - Archbishop Spalding defeats William Penn Charter
March 22, 2025: Severn, MD 21144 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers baseball team scored a nice 14-6 win over the William Penn Charter Quakers.
The Cavaliers (10-0) will now prepare for their game against Archbishop Curley (Baltimore, MD). The Friars go into the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Archbishop Curley was overwhelmed by Mount St. Joseph (Baltimore, MD), 8-7, in a league game.
Next, the Quakers play the Central Bucks East Patriots (Doylestown, PA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 25. William Penn Charter will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Perkiomen School (Pennsburg, PA).
