Alabama High School Baseball - Benjamin Russell edges Central
March 22, 2025: Alexander City, AL 35010 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Benjamin Russell Wildcats baseball team scored a close 3-1 win over the Central Red Devils.
The Wildcats (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Lee-Scott Academy (Auburn, AL). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 12-7 record. In their last game, Lee-Scott Academy nudged Beulah (Valley, AL), 16-5, in a league game.
Next, the Red Devils play the Pike Road Patriots (Pike Road, AL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 22. Central will attempt to improve on its 17-8 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 8-13 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Piedmont (Piedmont, AL).
