Oklahoma High School Baseball - Choctaw defeats Oktaha
March 22, 2025: Choctaw, OK 73020 The Choctaw Yellowjackets baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Oktaha Tigers to 4 in the Yellowjackets non-league win on Saturday.
The Yellowjackets now hold a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Putnam City for a 6A District 1 test on Monday, March 24. Choctaw will play a Pirates team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Lake Havasu (Lake Havasu City, AZ). The Pirates record now stands at 1-9.
With the defeat, Oktaha drops to 2-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Dewar (Dewar, OK) to play the Dragons in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 25. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 14-0. Dewar won 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Kiowa (Kiowa, OK)
