Louisiana High School Softball - Eunice bounces St. Edmund
March 22, 2025: Eunice, LA 70535 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Eunice Bobcats softball team scored a nice 13-5 victory over the St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays.
The Bobcats (9-5) will now prepare for their match against Beau Chene (Arnaudville, LA). The Gators go into the non-league match with a 8-4 record. In their last match, Beau Chene gained a win over Merryville (Merryville, LA), 14-4, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Fighting Blue Jays battle the Westminster Christian Academy Crusaders (Opelousas, LA) in a 1A District 6 match, on Tuesday, March 25. St. Edmund will attempt to better on its 5-6 season record. The Crusaders go into the match with a 1-1 record after their 17-0 league loss to Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA).
