Louisiana High School Softball - Quitman edges South Beauregard
March 22, 2025: Longville, LA 70652 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Quitman Wolverines (Quitman, LA) and the host South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA), observed Quitman's softball team get by South Beauregard by a tally of 9-7.
The Wolverines (14-2) will now prepare for their bout against Southside (Youngsville, LA). The Sharks go into the non-league bout with a 10-6 record. In their last bout, Southside tipped New Iberia (New Iberia, LA), 7-3, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Knights clash with the Zwolle Hawks (Zwolle, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 22. South Beauregard will attempt to advance on its 8-9 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 8-4 non-league win over Grand Lake (Lake Charles, LA).
