Tennessee High School Soccer - Lipscomb Academy nudges Summit
March 23, 2023: Nashville, TN 37204 Lipscomb Academy Mustangs (Nashville, TN) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Summit Spartans (Spring Hill, TN), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Pope John Paul II Knights (Hendersonville, TN) in a D II-AA Middle 6 challenge, on Monday, March 27. Lipscomb Academy will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Rossview (Clarksville, TN).
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Fairview Yellowjackets (Fairview, TN) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 27. Summit will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 1-1 non-league Dixie (Due West, SC).
