Utah High School Soccer - Provo knocks off Stansbury
March 23, 2023: Provo, UT 84601 Provo Bulldogs (Provo, UT) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Stansbury Stallions (Stansbury Park, UT), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Maple Mountain Golden Eagles (Spanish Fork, UT) in a 5A Region 9 challenge, on Tuesday, March 28. Provo will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Woods Cross (Woods Cross, UT).
The Stallions now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Uintah for a 5A Region 7 challenge on Wednesday, March 29. Stansbury will confront a Utes team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Tooele (Tooele, UT). The Utes record now stands at 2-1.
