West Virginia High School Softball - Graham bounces James Monroe
March 23, 2023: Lindside, WV 24951 Graham G-Men (Bluefield, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host James Monroe Mavericks (Lindside, WV), 13-4 in a non-league challenge.
The G-Men now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Richlands for a Southwest challenge on Monday, March 27. Graham will battle a Blue Tornado squad coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Honaker (Honaker, VA). The Blue Tornado record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, James Monroe falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Mavericks host East Fairmont (Fairmont, WV) to battle the Bees in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 24. The Bees enter the challenge with a record of 0-4. East Fairmont lost 19-2 in their recent league challenge against Robert C. Byrd (Clarksburg, WV)
