Illinois High School Softball - LeRoy bounces Riverton
March 23, 2023: Riverton, IL 62561 LeRoy Panthers (LeRoy, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Riverton Hawks (Riverton, IL), 21-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Salt Fork for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 1.
With the loss, Riverton falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hawks host Lincolnwood (Raymond, IL) to battle the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 24. The Lancers enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Lincolnwood lost 10-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Athens (Athens, IL)
