Arkansas High School Baseball - Marked Tree holds off Bradford
March 23, 2024: Bradford, AR 72020 Marked Tree Indians (Marked Tree, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Bradford Eagles (Bradford, AR), 13-9 in a non-league test.
With the win, Marked Tree upgrades its record to 2-6 on the season. The Indians host Maynard (Maynard, AR) to battle the Tigers in a 1A Region 3 test on Tuesday, March 26. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-2. Maynard lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Crowley's Ridge Academy (Paragould, AR)
With the defeat, Bradford falls to 3-8 on the season. The Eagles host Riverview (Searcy, AR) to battle the Raiders in a non-league test on Monday, March 25. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 4-7. Riverview lost 10-2 in their recent non-league test against Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR)
