In Saturday's non-league contest, the De Smet Jesuit Spartans (St. Louis, MO) volleyball squad were winner over the host Troy-Buchanan Trojans (Troy, MO), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Spartans battle the Liberty Eagles (Lake St. Louis, MO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 23. De Smet Jesuit will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Fort Zumwalt West (O'Fallon, MO).

With the loss, Troy-Buchanan moves to 0-5 on the year. The Trojans host Howell Central (St. Charles, MO) to battle the Spartans in a Class 1 District 5 contest on Tuesday, March 26.
