Louisiana High School Softball - St. Joseph's Academy bounces Livonia
March 23, 2024: Baton Rouge, LA 70808 St. Joseph's Academy Redstickers (Baton Rouge, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Livonia Wildcats (Livonia, LA), 14-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Redstickers now own a 17-4 record. They take the field next when they host Central for a 5A District 4 challenge on Wednesday, March 27. St. Joseph's Academy will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 19-0 league win over Woodlawn-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-6.
With the loss, Livonia falls to 6-15 on the campaign. The Wildcats host False River (New Roads, LA) to battle the Gators in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 28. The Gators enter the challenge with a record of 1-13. False River lost 13-9 in their recent non-league challenge against Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA)
