Washington, DC High School Baseball - Georgetown Day defeats Grayslake North
March 23, 2025: Washington, DC 20007 The Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Grayslake North Knights to 4 in the Mighty Hoppers non-league win on Sunday.
The Mighty Hoppers now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Potomac School for a Mid-Atlantic-MAC test on Tuesday, April 1.
With the defeat, Grayslake North drops to 1-3 on the year. The Knights travel to Wheeling (Wheeling, IL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league test on Monday, March 24. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 1-1. Wheeling won 8-7 in their recent non-league test against Zion-Benton (Zion, IL)
