Alabama High School Baseball - Jasper loses to UMS-Wright Prep
March 23, 2026: Jasper, AL 35504 The UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs routed the host Jasper Vikings baseball team by a count of 15-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they host Winfield for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 24. UMS-Wright Prep will play a Pirates team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Long (Skipperville, AL). The Pirates record now stands at 10-4.
The Vikings (7-14) will now prepare for their outing against Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL). The Rockets come into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Richmond-Burton toppled Chilton County (Clanton, AL), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
