Tennessee High School Softball - Washington gets by Science Hill
March 24, 2022: Johnson City, TN 37604 The Washington Panthers (Washington, IL) softball nipped the host Science Hill Hilltoppers (Johnson City, TN), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Baylor (Chattanooga, TN). The Red Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Baylor held off Whitwell (Whitwell, TN), 10-0, in a non-league bout.
The Hilltoppers now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Floyd Central for a non-league bout on Friday, March 25. Science Hill will confront a Highlanders squad coming off a 9-7 non-league win over White House-Heritage (White House, TN). The Highlanders record now stands at 1-0.
