Knoch Knights (Saxonburg, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Valley Vikings (New Kensington, PA), 8-6 in a non-league test.

With the win, Knoch upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Knights host Mars (Mars, PA) to battle the Fightin' Planets in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 28. The Fightin' Planets come into the test with a record of 2-2. Mars lost 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA)

With the defeat, Valley falls to 2-1 on the season. The Vikings host Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA) to battle the Bucs in a WPIAL 3A 3 test on Monday, March 27. The Bucs come into the test with a record of 1-3. Burrell won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Kiski Area (Vandergrift, PA)
