March 24, 2023: Lenoir City, TN 37771 Lenoir City Panthers (Lenoir City, TN) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Jefferson County Patriots (Dandridge, TN), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the South-Doyle Cherokees (Knoxville, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 25. Lenoir City will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Cherokees enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Morristown-Hamblen East (Morristown, TN).
The Patriots now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Christian Academy of Knoxville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 25. Jefferson County will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Seymour (Seymour, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
