In Friday's non-league contest, the River Ridge Hawks (Lacey, WA) softball team the host Silas Rams (Tacoma, WA), by a margin of 5-3.

With the triumph, River Ridge moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Hawks travel to Timberline (Lacey, WA) to play the Blazers in a 3A South Sound contest on Monday, March 27. The Blazers come into the contest with a record of 4-1. Timberline won 1-0 in their recent non-league contest against Tenino (Tenino, WA)
