March 24, 2025: Huntsville, AL 35811 The Decatur Red Raiders (Decatur, AL) baseball trounced the host Lee Generals (Huntsville, AL), 9-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Red Raiders now own a 7-13 record. They take the field next when they host West Point for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Decatur will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Good Hope (Cullman, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 9-12.
With the defeat, Lee drops to 3-8 on the year. The Generals travel to Hazel Green (Hazel Green, AL) to clash with the Trojans in a 6A Area 16 challenge on Thursday, March 27. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 19-7. Hazel Green won 13-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Sparkman (Harvest, AL)
