Virginia High School Lacrosse - Collegiate overwhelms Deep Run
March 24, 2025: Richmond, VA 23229 The Collegiate Cougars lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the visiting Deep Run Wildcats to 3 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cougars now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host The Covenant for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Collegiate will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 12-11 non-league win over Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Deep Run falls to 0-1 on the year. The Wildcats host Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Hawks go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Hanover won 15-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Cosby (Midlothian, VA)
