Illinois High School Soccer - Mendota knocks off Streator
March 24, 2025: Mendota, IL 61342 In Monday's non-league outing, the host Mendota Trojans soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Streator Bulldogs.
The Trojans (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Rochelle (Rochelle, IL). The Hubs go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Rochelle got by Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers (LaSalle, IL) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 28. Streator will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Cavaliers go into the outing with a 0-3 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to East Moline United (East Moline, IL).
