Maryland High School Lacrosse - Chopticon bounces Westlake
March 24, 2025: Waldorf, MD 20603 The Chopticon Braves lacrosse squad scored 18 points and limited the host Westlake Wolverines to 1 in the Braves league triumph on Monday.
The Braves now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Northern for a Southern Maryland challenge on Monday, March 31. Chopticon will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 18-0 league win over Lackey (Indian Head, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Westlake falls to 0-1 on the year. The Wolverines host Patuxent (Lusby, MD) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 28. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 4-0. Patuxent won 20-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Lackey (Indian Head, MD)
