The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Northeast Eagles (Clarksville, TN) and the visiting University Heights Blazers (Hopkinsville, KY), observed Northeast's softball team prevail over University Heights by a tally of 13-3.

The Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Fort Campbell (Fort Campbell, KY). The Falcons go into the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Fort Campbell knocked off West Creek (Clarksville, TN), 20-14, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Blazers clash with the Hopkinsville Tigers (Hopkinsville, KY) in a District 8 bout, on Tuesday, March 25. University Heights will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record.
