The Sachse Mustangs softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Rowlett Eagles to 3 in the Mustangs league win on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 10-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garland for a 6A Region II District 9 battle on Friday, March 27. Sachse will confront a Owls team coming off a 16-1 league win over North Garland (Garland, TX). The Owls record now stands at 18-4.

The Eagles (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against South Garland (Garland, TX). The Titans go into the 6A Region II District 9 challenge with a 0-13 record. In their last challenge, South Garland by Naaman Forest (Garland, TX), 17-2, in a league challenge.
