In Thursday's league test, the visiting Merritt Island Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-3 victory over the Melbourne Bulldogs.

The Mustangs now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they host Cocoa Beach for a non-league test on Monday, March 29. Merritt Island will face a Minutemen squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Edgewood (Merritt Island, FL). The Minutemen record now stands at 1-2.
