Alabama High School Baseball - Montevallo loses to Hueytown
March 25, 2023: Hueytown, AL 35023 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Hueytown Golden Gophers baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Montevallo Bulldogs.
The Golden Gophers (9-3) will now prepare for their game against Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, AL). The Huskies go into the non-league game with a 15-6 record. In their last game, Hewitt-Trussville overcame Southside (Gadsden, AL), 16-5, in a non-league game.
The Bulldogs (4-11) will now prepare for their game against West Blocton (West Blocton, AL). The Tigers go into the 4A Area 7 game with a 3-10 record. In their last game, West Blocton overcame Maplesville (Maplesville, AL), 12-5, in a non-league game.
