The Avalon Lancers (Avalon, CA) volleyball overcame the visiting Magnolia Science Academy 2 Mustang (Van Nuys, CA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Avalon betters its record to 11-5 on the year. The Lancers host Aveson Global Leadership Academy (Altadena, CA) to face the Avengers in a non-league outing on Saturday, March 25. The Avengers go into the outing with a record of 0-0.

The Mustang now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Balboa College Prep for a Central Valley outing on Monday, March 27. Magnolia Science Academy 2 will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Sun Valley Magnet (Sun Valley, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 6-2.
