Maryland High School Baseball - Westminster gets by River Hill
March 25, 2024: Clarksville, MD 21029 Westminster Owls (Westminster, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host River Hill Hawks (Clarksville, MD), 12-10 in a non-league test.
With the win, Westminster upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Owls travel to Liberty (Sykesville, MD) to battle the Lions in a Monocacy Valley - Chesapeake test on Wednesday, March 27. The Lions come into the test with a record of 1-1. Liberty lost 8-2 in their recent non-league test against Catoctin (Thurmont, MD)
With the defeat, River Hill falls to 2-1 on the season. The Hawks travel to Centennial (Ellicott City, MD) to battle the Eagles in a Howard County test on Tuesday, March 26. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-0. Centennial won 7-0 in their recent league test against Wilde Lake (Columbia, MD)
