March 25, 2024: Van Meter, IA 50261 The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the Van Meter Bulldogs (Van Meter, IA) and the visiting West Marshall Trojans (State Center, IA), saw Van Meter's soccer squad triumph over West Marshall by a count of 10-0.
The Bulldogs now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Des Moines Christian for a West Central test on Monday, April 1.
With the loss, West Marshall drops to 0-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to Marshalltown (Marshalltown, IA) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league test on Thursday, March 28.
