Maryland High School Lacrosse - Langley drops to South River
March 25, 2024: Edgewater, MD 21037 South River Seahawks (Edgewater, MD) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Langley Saxons (McLean, VA), 14-7 in a non-league battle.
The Seahawks now have a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Potomac for a non-league battle on Monday, March 25. South River will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 11-7 league win over South County (Lorton, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-1.
Next up, the Saxons play the Broadneck Bruins (Annapolis, MD) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 27. Langley will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Bruins go into the match with a 1-0 record after their 14-5 non-league win over James Madison (Vienna, VA).
