Virginia High School Softball - Wakefield School topped by Battlefield
March 25, 2024: Haymarket, VA 20169 The Battlefield Bobcats softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Wakefield School Fighting Owls to 0 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Battlefield moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Bobcats travel to South Lakes (Reston, VA) to play the Seahawks in a non-league game on Monday, March 25. The Seahawks come into the game with a record of 2-2. South Lakes lost 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA)
In their next game, the Fighting Owls play the Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 5. Wakefield School will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
