March 25, 2024: Normal, IL 61761 In Monday's non-league contest, the Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL) softball team overwhelmed the host Normal West Wildcats (Normal, IL), by a margin of 10-0.
With the triumph, Hoover moves its record to 17-3 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to Wicksburg (Newton, AL) to play the Panthers in a non-league contest on Monday, March 25. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 17-6. Wicksburg lost 4-3 in their recent non-league contest against Enterprise (Enterprise, AL)
In their next game, the Wildcats play the Coffee County Central Red Raiders (Manchester, TN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 26. Normal West will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Red Raiders come into the contest with a 7-4 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Wicksburg (Newton, AL).
